PTA MEETING TODAY!
What has the PTA been up to? How much income have we made and how has it been spent? What is planned for the remainder of the year and how can you help? Come to our meeting this afternoon, Wednesday, February 22 at 2:45PM. Younger siblings are welcome!
Does your child have a pile of paperback books sitting in their room that they have already read? Do you wish you had the opportunity to exchange them for new reading materials? The Book Swap is for you!
How it Works:
From Monday, February 28 to Wednesday, March 1, students may bring in any “gently used” paperback books to the school lobby for donation. On Thursday, March 2nd (preschool-3) and Friday, March 3rd (4-6), the students may come to the lobby and select a “gently used” book of their choice.
We need help! Please volunteer to help students choose books during the swap. http://signup.com/go/2xfLVG

Our goal is to have every kid in the yearbook more than once! To do that we need your help collecting pictures. Please upload candids from school events, clubs, spirit days, field trips and/or GRACE art. Upload 1-5 pictures. Pictures cannot be edited once they are uploaded. No dark or blurry pictures. It is VERY helpful if you enter the teacher’s name in the description box so that they end up on the correct class page!
and enter the code: LXLYWH
If you have many pictures to share, put them on a disk, use Dropbox, and let the yearbook volunteer know.

BOX TOP COMPETITION
Collecting Box Tops is an easy way to help our school earn money. As an incentive for bringing in Box Tops we are having a Box Top Competition! The competition will be in 3-month increments running September-November, December-February and March-May. At the end of each period, the class with the most Box Tops will win a prize! In addition, the class with the most Box Tops for the entire year will win a party at the end of the year. Send your Box Tops in labeled with your teacher's name and grade so that your class gets credit! There is a collection box in the lobby. There is a Box Top competition poster in the cafeteria, check often to see if your class is in the lead!
